GPA has been helping me with my significant back problems, and my golf swing, for some time. I had tried all the conventional methods with limited success. GPA's methods have made a huge difference.
Once my golf club's Club Champion, I was struggling to play more than twelve holes before I physically could not swing properly. I now play eighteen holes without problem and have completed two rounds in a day on several occasions. My handicap has started to come down again after FIVE years of steadily increasing.

As a golfer of “senior” stature with a few lower back issues, I was encouraged to visit GPA some 12 months ago to try and reverse a deteriorating golf game and I was also becoming quite injury prone.
Following a detailed physical assessment by Luke, he prepared an exercise programme to firstly strengthen the lower back area and then exercises to improve my strength and flexibility in the muscles that are used in the golf swing.
The results have been fantastic! – having now improved my strength and flexibility, I am now using the correct muscles to properly support the golf swing and it feels great. Also, I am now managing to avoid the niggling injuries of the past.
Luke also provides a highly professional service in regard to nutrition programmes. I have benefitted from this and have lost 8Ibs of body fat in the last 4 months which is a real bonus.

I would recommend GPA to anybody looking to improve their performance or reduce risk of injury. Their knowledge of how to develop sport specific fitness for each individual is very clear to see.
Luke has incredible attention to detail and a "no shortcuts" approach which has led to real improvements in my golf swing technique.
I am now using the right muscles in sequence during the swing and am starting to work on speed and power with Luke. The sessions are always fun with plenty of laughs, but also a good intensity.
